The hotel is just a few minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor and offers a free shuttle to and from the hotel. We will be sending out more details on the best way to contact the shuttle to and from the airport after you register.

Check-In

When you arrive at the hotel, you’ll check-in for your room assignment at the front desk just as you would as a regular hotel guest. Once you have your room, the hotel staff will direct you to conference “Check-In” where there will be a cash bar waiting for you as well as your attendee bag, and name-badge. Don’t forget to bring some gear for our first annual WLPC Swap Meet.

Transportation during your stay

Our goal is to make your stay as simple and easy as possible. We don’t want you to have to rent a car while you are here. Breakfast and lunch are provided as part of the conference experience. During the evenings we encourage you to team up with other participants and head out to local restaurants. There are a few fast food and convenience stores within walking distance of the hotel. Also within a mile of the hotel is the “Light Rail” which is a very affordable public transportation that will get you to several sites around the Phoenix area.

There is also a public bus stop directly in front of the hotel which can also take you right up the road to a local mall and more shopping and eating experiences.

The hotel also offers free shuttle within 3 miles of the hotel which will get you to lots of great eateries. Once you register we’ll be updating you directly on recommended restaurants and points of interest near the hotel.

Of course you can always take a taxi, or call for Uber or Lyft while you’re here.
